The Letters of Peter

Having finished the book of Acts last spring, we asked members of New Hope what they would like to study next, and by popular demand they requested we look at the letters of Peter. This was in part a request for a change in perspective since we had just spend much time looking at the ministry of Paul throughout the second half of Acts.

We divided the first letter of Peter into 5 major themes or topics: Salvation, Spiritual House, Submission, Suffering and Shepherding.

I have always enjoyed Peter's letters, and hope to listen to all your podcasts. It would be great if you could fully utilize your ID3 tags, though, as downloading the files give near-incomprehisible file names, and the podcasts come in to iTunes without a lot of information, or the information is inconsistent (one is called "1 Peter", one is called "1 Peter 5", one is called "Suffering". This would go a long way in making your podcasts accessible.

Thanks again.

Pat,

Thanks for your comments. Next time we do a series like this I'll be sure to make the tags consistent.
